Upload a meeting recording to the transcription tool to produce timestamped text with speaker separation. A transcript can help participants verify what was discussed, locate a decision, and prepare concise notes without relying on memory alone.
Tell participants when a meeting is being recorded and follow the rules that apply to your organization and location. Do not upload confidential material unless the service and its retention policy are appropriate for that information.
First correct speaker changes, names, dates, figures, and project terms. Then extract decisions, action items, owners, and due dates into a separate meeting summary. The transcript is evidence of the conversation; the summary is a shorter working document and should link back to timestamps when context matters.
Uploaded source media is scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Read the Privacy Policy for data handling and speaker diarization for multi-person review.
